We are proud to host WWU alumni Kelly Bjork at WWU Design Club, for a talk about her career, portfolio, and experiences as an illustrator in the Seattle area. A Q & A will be held afterwards for students with questions. Refreshments will be provided. "Kelly Bjork is an artist and illustrator whose work focuses on portraiture and intimacy between friends and belongings. She grew up in Tacoma and graduated from WWU in 2009 with a BFA in drawing and printmaking. Her work has been published in numerous publications including The Washington Post, Seattle Weekly, The Stranger, McSweeney’s and Sixth Finch. Kelly is part owner of Pilgrim Paper Co.—a paper goods company based in Seattle." -  City Arts
